At Careal Bayo, we help young people discover their strengths, superpowers, and transferable skills and align those skills with possible career paths. 
 

Our mission is to expose the 7+ million Black and Latinx adolescents and young adults in the US to the possibilities and career paths that are open to them. We believe all of us have superpowers that we can tap into to live our best lives and make a huge impact on the world. We believe that showing people what their superpowers are is a direct path to empowerment. Shifting a young person’s mindset from scarcity to abundance can only improve the world we are trying to build together.
